Shipping Policy
We keep our inventory up-to-date and ship out orders promptly (within 2-3 business days or less). We have 3 shipping options:
- Small envelope for items less than 2 cm thick.
- Small flat-rate mailers.
- Medium flat-rate mailers.
Flat-rate mailers are produced with at least 60% recycled content and 25% post-consumer waste. They are 100% recyclable and printed using water-based inks. All flat rate boxes include carbon-neutral shipping.
Flat-rate mailers come with tracking, on-time delivery guarantee and up to $100 of liability coverage for loss or damage.
