• $5 Flat Rate Shipping
  No minimum purchase required. Available for most Canadian addresses. Note some remote & rural areas are excluded from this offer such as the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon, and some isolated areas in Northern Quebec, Northern Ontario, and British Columbia.
  
  
• Free shipping on orders over $100
  Available to most Canadian addresses and applied automatically to your cart. Note some remote & rural areas are not included in this offer.
  
  
• Free Local Pick up
  Simply choose the “Pickup in store” option during checkout, and you'll get information and our address for pick up in Shoreacres, BC. If you prefer to pick up your order at our weekly markets, please use this option, then contact us after completing your purchase to let us know which market you'll be at.
  
  
• Free local delivery - not available at this time
  Occasionally we offer delivery right to your door! Select Kootenay postal codes only, and you'll see this option at checkout. Unfortunately this is not available at this time, but we can bring your order to any of our upcoming markets. See above.
