Refund policy

We take pride in the quality of our products and are happy to offer you a refund within 30 days of purchase if the product does not meet our quality standards.

1. Products will be packaged well, the packaging will be free from damage and defects.

2. Products will not be spoiled (i.e. rancid/oxidized, growing mold or yeast).

3. Products will be free from defects (separation, discolouration).

If our product does not meet these standards, simply contact us by e-mail at syl@forageandsoothe.com, send the product back within 30 days and you will be refunded in full.
