A perfect salve for bug bites, scrapes, bruises and bleeding from minor wounds.

Directions for use: Massage directly over affected areas. 

Key Ingredients:

Yarrow: A hedgerow relative of the sunflower, its scientific name Acheallia Millefolium  relates both to the invulnerability powers it supposedly gave Achilles and its highly segmented, feathery leaves.  It has a peppery smell and likes dry environments.  It has a range of uses, but in a salve it helps stop bleeding and has anti-inflammatory properties.  Our yarrow is hand-harvested from Shoreacres, BC.

Comfrey: Large, green furred leaves with purple flowers. Its used for healing wounds and broken bones, in fact traditionally it was called "knit bone". The wound-healing properties of Comfrey are due in part to the presence of allantoin in the leaves and root. Allantoin stimulates cell proliferation and fosters proper scar formation.Our Comfrey is wild-harvested and also sourced from Shoreacres, BC.

Ingredients: Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Cetearyl Alcohol, Euphorbia Cerifera (Candelilla) Wax, Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil Unsaponifiables, Symphytum Officinale (Comfrey) Leaf Extract, Achillea MIllefolium (Yarrow) Flower Extract, Tocopherol (Vitamin E).
