Small-batch, raw apple cider vinegar infused with garlic, ginger, cayenne, cinnamon, and a hint of maple for warmth and balance. Inspired by traditional herbal tonics, this Kootenay-style blend carries the spice and depth of classic Fire Cider with a local twist — Chaga and Astragalus roots, slow-steeped for a full-bodied, earthy profile.
Use it by the spoonful, splash it into salad dressings or teas, or take it as a morning ritual to start your day with a spark.
Ingredients: Apple Cider Vinegar, Garlic, Ginger, Maple Syrup, Astragalus Root, Chaga, Cayenne Peppers, Ceylon Cinnamon, Orange Juice Concentrate.
Directions: Shake well before use. Take ½–2 tbsp daily or as desired. Refrigerate after opening.

I have taken a shot of apple cider vinegar every day for the last 15 years. When I tried this at the Garlic Fest, I was immediately hooked. It's like apple cider vinegar but way better. Would love to see a version with hawthorn to help with my high blood pressure.
I have tried many versions of Fire Cider and I don't know what you Kootenay folk are doing but this one is the absolute best!
Never have I seen a Fire Cider with Chaga but I love it.
